my final day. somewhat bittersweet. i'm ready to go home, but don't really
want to go back and face everything that is waiting there on my return.
it's gorgeous here this morning. slight breeze, somewhat chilly, but it
should be one of the best here so far, fish permitting.
a few things to study at home:
1. barometric pressure effects
2. white as an attractor
3. new boots
4. everything caddis
5. hcr history
6. redo the website
short of that it's time to go fishing.
note: the flag is blowing west this a.m. (approaching high?)
LATER THAT NIGHT ...
the end.
not the most dramatic end i'll admit. the day didn't turn out quite as
planned. did get a number of *spectacular* rises on a royal trude (first
time!) :o) and caught a couple of nice browns. also made that
final walk back. it's a sad and odd feeling when it's all over. fish are
coming up too late, so i'll probably head back early and see if
"b" wants to catch a blues show.
